At HY Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products and watches (excluding certain exceptions listed below).


How to Return a Product

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. We’ll issue you a return shipping label or provide return instructions.

  4. Securely pack the item and send it back to us.

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Products missing parts, packaging, or accessories

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)


Refund Method

Your refund will be issued through the original payment method used:

  • Credit/debit card: Refund will be credited back to your bank account

  • Bank transfer or local payment method: Refund will be returned to your provided bank account or mobile wallet in Pakistan
